National Trade Marketing Manager

About the vacancy
In this position, you will lead the trade marketing function and drive the company's business development through building a clear system of work and effective promotion throughout all phases of our sales model.
Main tasks:

- Develop and implement short and long term trade marketing strategy
- Perform annual/quarterly planning of trade marketing activities for all sales channels (development of a comprehensive calendar of trade marketing activities) and brands
- Perform trade marketing budget planning and management (planning, accounting, controlling and analyzing trade marketing spending)
- Develop trade marketing standards, programs and mechanics
- Monitor and analyze key business indicators, evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing activities and programs
- Supervise paperwork, do analytics and reporting on trade marketing programs and projects
- Develop analysis and control tools, implement projects to automate data processes
- Etc.
Successful candidate profile:
- Higher education
- Relevant work experience of 7 years or more (Pharm and FMCG)
- Knowledge of specialized programs and databases - Excel - summary tables, formulas: arrays. PowerPoint, 1C
- Knowledge of specifics of consumer behavior and promotion, promo in different channels
- Skill in managing budgets and promotional activities
- Sales and marketing analytics skills
- Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, customer focus, initiative, drive to achieve ambitious goals
