Composition:
Capsule No. 1: lactose, indole-3-carbinol, gelatin capsule (gelatin, colorants: red iron oxide E172, azorubine E122), anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids (magnesium stearate) E470(b), amorphous silicon dioxide E551.
Contains the colorant (E122), which may have a negative effect on children’s activity and attention.
Does not contain GMOs.
Capsule No. 2: lactose, green tea extract, gelatin capsule (gelatin, colorants: yellow iron oxide E172, Brilliant Blue FCF E133), iron pyrophosphate, zinc citrate, anti-caking agents: amorphous silicon dioxide E551, magnesium salts of fatty acids (magnesium stearate) E470(b), manganese gluconate, copper citrate, potassium iodate, sodium selenite.
Does not contain GMOs.

Indications
Recommended as a dietary supplement – a source of indole-3-carbinol, epigallocatechin-3-gallate, and an additional source of iron, zinc, manganese, copper, iodine, and selenium.
Counterindications
— For capsules No. 1: individual intolerance to the components of the dietary supplement, pregnancy, breastfeeding.
— For capsules No. 2: individual intolerance to the components of the dietary supplement, pregnancy, breastfeeding, conditions in which iodine preparations are contraindicated.
— Individuals with thyroid disorders and those taking iodine preparations are advised to consult an endocrinologist before use.
